Our Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Because each item is made to order, our return policy works a little differently than a typical retailer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong size, color, or product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer one-time size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@oyvey.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
